What does "Made to order" mean?
When we say "Made to Order," we mean that your item is created just for you once you place an order. We do not keep any items on stock. This helps reduce waste and overproduction, keeping our environmental footprint light. So while it might take a little extra time to receive your order, you're supporting sustainable shopping—and getting a fresh, newly crafted piece made just for you!
Which materials are the items made from?
Each product page lists detailed fabric information, but in general, we use cotton, organic cotton and polyester for comfort, durability, and style.
How should I care for my item (washing etc)?
To keep your items looking fresh, we recommend following the care instructions on each label. All our products are machine washable; just keep them on a gentle cycle and avoid high heat. Wash with 30 degrees max. Wash with similar colors.
Shipping
Do you only ship to Austria?
Yes, at the moment we are exclusively shipping to Austria. Shipping is free for all orders over €50.

Where is my package?
Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. With this tracking number, you can check the status of your order directly on the shipping provider's website.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
Because we produce each item specifically for you, shipping times may sometimes be longer than usual. Shipping takes approximately between 4 and 10 business days.To speed things up, we sometimes ship items in two separate deliveries from the source closest to you.

Returns
How do I return an item?
We understand that sometimes a return is unavoidable. If you’re not fully satisfied with an item, you can return it within 30 days.
The shipping cost for returns is covered by you.
To do so, please follow these steps:
Register Your Return: Please log in to your customer account using the email address associated with your order to submit a return request. Go to Log In
Shipping Preparation: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to prepare your package for shipping. Please ensure the product is well-packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
Return the Product: Send the product back according to the provided instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund or exchange process. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
How will I receive my refund?
We process your return as soon as possible after it arrives. Your refund will be issued through the payment method used for your purchase within a maximum of 14 days.
Can I exchange an item?
Direct exchanges are not possible. To exchange an item, you first need to request a return for the item. Once your returned item has arrived, we’ll issue you a store credit so you can place a new order for your desired item.
I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
We’re sorry for any issues with your order! If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via email (info@wodour.com) with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
